St Louis - Instead of providing assistance or special lines, airport officials Lambert-St Louis, USA complicate even children with disabilities at the TSA inspection. Doll was taken and the child ransacked like an adult.
This event took place on February 9, 2013. A mother with 3 year old daughter who was in a wheelchair planning a trip from St. Louis toward Orlando by plane for a vacation to Disney World. At the airport, before entering the plane, both checked by TSA officials.
In a video uploaded to Youtube, it started when the metal detector alarm sounds when a wheelchair through. TSA officers immediately stopped the mother and her child. The mother says that caused the alarm is earrings, but TSA officials believe that of the child.
When the incident took place less reassure, the mother turned on his cell phone to record. It is clear how the officer treated the child with disabilities. Small doll held by the child is taken for inspection officer. The clerk did not allow the child to hold her doll named Lamby.
Suddenly the little girl was crying. He asked the officers to return her beloved doll, as seen detikTravel from Youtube, Thursday (02/21/2013).
"I do not want to go to Disney World!" roared the child.
After his mother pleaded with officials to return the doll belongs to his son, the clerk finally gave. But the child did not stop crying. Finally, the mother issued a tablet PC and let her play. After that, then this little girl stop tears.
But officers are still curious. They asked the boy searched palpable way. The mother certainly reject firmly. After going through a long process of discussion for 20 minutes, finally the child examined by using a metal detector wand. Pity, rather than be given a special pathway even checked with various allegations.
